Wash and slice the zucchini. Slice the onion and mushrooms. Heat a nonstick skillet to medium high, add the sesame oil, butter and minced ginger. Add the mushrooms, onions and the sliced zucchini. Saute for a couple minutes and add the soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional two minutes or until the zucchini begin to turn tender. Pour into a serving bowl and eat immediately.
