Place the shrimp in a bowl and season with, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Run through the meat grinder. That's it... Shrimp Burgers!
Form into 2 ounce patties and cook in a non-stick pan or flat grill. When burgers are done, top them with a slice of provolone cheese.
Split buns place some Kazu sauce on the buns, top w/ burgers... WOOF!
* You could also cook this shrimp mixture on bamboo sticks and serve as an appetizer.
1 pound small shrimp
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup Sambol or sirracha
Provolone Cheese slices
