Prepare Food Guru's Grilled Pizza Crust. Cook the ground beef, drain fat, reserve for "pizzadilla".
Place the Food Guru's grilled pizza crust on a large baking pan or cookie sheet. Top the pizza crust with lots of shredded cheese and the cooked ground beef. Add pickle slices. Top with the second grilled crust. Top with more cheese and cooked ground beef.
Bake in a 400 degree oven until it is hot all the way through and cheese turns golden brown.
Cut into eight equal slices. Place each slice on a plate. Decorate with a squiggle of ketchup, a squiggle of mustard and a few sliced pickles.
