PROCESS:

 

Fill a pitcher about half way with ice. Quarter an orange, lemon and lime. Squeeze into the pitcher and drop in the remains. Fill the pitcher about half way with red wine. Add fresh squeezed orange juice, simple syrup, sprite, Chambord, grenadine and a little guava nectar for fun. If you want, spike with the sangria vodka, rum or even tequila.

Give it a stir and let it sit for 30-minutes to allow the flavors to marry.

 

To serve:

Pour the sangria into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a monkey and let the fun begin.

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 bottle red wine

3 oranges

3 limes

3 lemons

1/2 cup Simple Syrup

12 oz Sprite

2 oz Chambord

2 oz grenadine

1 can Guava Nectar

3 oz Raspberry Vodka

  • PROCESS: Peel and juice the cucumber. Set aside. Prepare the sweet and sour: In a saucepan stir together 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Allow to come to room temperature. Add 3/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice and 3/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Will last for one week. To make a cucumber martini ,fill a glass tumbler or martini shaker with lots of ice. Add 1 1/2 ounces each of gin, sweet and sour and cucumber juice. Add some fresh mint and top with the metal tumbler or shaker lid. Shake like crazy and pour into a chilled martini glass. Top with a splash of Sierra Mist and Enjoy!   • PROCESS: Prepare margarita glass - rim with lime and salt. Put ice into the blender, add tequila. Add remainder of ingredients. Blend and pour into prepared margarita glass. Garnish with lime circle.
