1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Golden Mountain soy sauce, can be purchased at Oriental markets
Wash and slice the zucchini.
Slice the onion and mushrooms.
Heat a nonstick skillet to medium high, add the sesame oil, butter and minced ginger.
Add the mushrooms, onions and the sliced zucchini.
Saute for a couple minutes and add the soy sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for an additional two minutes or until the zucchini begin to turn tender.
Pour into a serving bowl and eat immediately.
