1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dill pickles, chopped fine
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon roasted red bell peppers or pimentos, diced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon L&P worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Hot Sauce, your favorite
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
* This sauce goes great with fried or broiled seafood!
