Great as a salad dressing, a dip for veggies and fruit or on a sandwich
1 can sliced mango in syrup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoons ginger, minced
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup sesame oil
Place all ingredients in the food processor, puree until smooth.
Refrigerate for an hour so the flavors can marry.
This slaw works great on my Big Island Burgers and Grilled Chicken Sandwiches.
