Jalapeno Peppers, diced, julienne and minced
Wash the peppers and dry them with a paper towel so they do not slide around on the cutting board
Cut the pepper in half lengthwise like this.
Then slice them in quarters lengthwise again
Remove the seeds - the seeds are where most of the heat in the pepper is
With the skin side down, cut the pepper into thin strips
These are Julienne jalapeno Peppers.
To dice the peppers:
line the strips up and slice to form small squares
These are small diced jalapeno peppers
Rock your knife like this to mince the peppers
These are minced Jalapeno Peppers
