Grilled Pizza



Prepare the Food Guru's recipe for pizza dough.

Grilling the Crust 
Heat your outdoor grill. Be sure to clean the grates well and brush a little oil on them so the dough doesn't stick. 

Slide the crusts off the platter and onto the grill so they remain flat. 
Cook for about 30 seconds, flip with a large spatula and cook on the second side for an additional 30 seconds. 
Repeat with remaining crusts.

Cooling the crusts: 
Allow the crusts to cool to room temperature and then proceed with your favorite toppings.

* You may also store these grilled pizza crusts, wrap them and refrigerate or freeze them. This way they'll be ready when you are.
